TERRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I scheduled my appointment was told it would be on the 18th floor. By the time I had waited to get through covid scans and then passed the check in line, I was informed I was on the wrong floor. I then went to the correct floor only to wait on another line. By the time I had checked in I was 3 minutes passed the grace period and informed I could no longer see the doctor. This doctor is insensitive and careless. Go somewhere else, definitely not worth it. If she has no grace for mistakes her office made in telling me the wrong floor then how can she have grace for a patient.
