I would just like to comment on a very rude receptionist. Her name is Tatiana. Being a provider myself, I would hate to have someone like this working for me with the way she carried herself on the phone. I would definitely recommend addressing how she further addresses patients concerns. Jen was extremely pleasant and accommodating which I am very grateful for as I had a life impacting question. Also the lab was absolutely WONDERFUL! Called me back with results so quick...linda was so sweet.

Getting up appointment wasn't that bad the wait time was not bad neither. When I saw the doctor he prescribed a prescription when I got to the pharmacy The prescription was not covered by my insurance the pharmacy made a phone call to the doctors office to see if he can prescribe something that would be covered under my insurance plan and they never returned the phone call back... Needless to say two weeks later still no prescription. Nor a phone call... Thanks for all the good work doc..
