The clerical staff is horrible. I need normal paperwork for my husbands employer and I am basically jumping through hoops to get it. It has made an already extremely stressful situation go over the top.

Wish i can give zero stars at this point but Horrible I was going to see Ms. Rose to scheduled my son for an appointment and she was on her way out and she told me she'll call me by the end of DAT and I call she doesn't answer and I went back in person a week later and her staff still can't get a hold of her and now its been about a month and half and still no call back or her to answer I'm very displeased and disgusted by this
