Would give 0 stars if possible. First time meeting Dr Etwaru and I will not be coming back. Dr Etwaru lacks compassion and bedside manners. He was extremely cold towards my loved one and as a first time patient made no attempt to make us feel welcomed. He didn’t introduce himself, nothing. He came into the room and went straight to the computer. He then asked why are we here and told us to go to the lab on the left for a blood sample. THAT WAS IT. After we left the lab I had to ask if we were to see the doctor again because of how abruptly he left. His staff aren’t helpful whatsoever and could care less. Receptionists lack professionalism and have private conversations loudly in the waiting area.
