I scheduled an appointment for 215pm and wasn't seen until almost 5pm. The staff especially Maria is incredibly rude and only polite to patients she is familiar with. Dr. Baez didn't ask me any questions pertaining to how I felt or thought (after not having had a physical in over 3 years). She said "I was lucky to be seen by her because she's so busy". I left angry and highly disappointed. If I didn't NEED paperwork done for work asap I would've left as soon as I got there.

Worst experience ever. I have a throat infection. I called twice to see if I can come in. Got back to me 2 hours later, told me to come in as soon as possible before closing only to tell me that I need a Covid test from an urgent care. What kind of physician office doesn’t offer Covid test!!! They wasted my time. They should have told me this in the first place. Worst secretary worst staff and this isn’t the only negative experience I’ve had here. Never coming back and transferring to another physician where they actually care about their patients. Don’t waste your time

Now these horrible reviews make sense. I can’t even comment on the doctor herself because I never got to meet her. Instead her office employees, especially Maria, keep wasting my time playing phone tag with me asking me the same questions over and over again (yes I took a PCR yes I’m COVID negative). Apparently there’s no email address because of HIPAA (encrypted emails in 2022 are a thing). I don’t need you to “relay my message to the doctor and get back to me.” I need to actually see the doctor as per my scheduled appointment. Beyond rude and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

This is my second year seeing Dr Baez and for her it's not a single complaint to say about. But she really needs to change her staff immediately, only because of them Dr. Baez looses a lot of reputation, they are very disrespectful, they warn patients as soon as they walk in about the long wait and if you ask how long the wait would be..... the answer I got was "SARCASTLY I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY ". There were 4 people plus me schedule at the same time. It's so sad that a respectable professional like Dr. Baez don't pay attention to this. They are the face that represents her.

Important to note Dr. Daysi Baez is a well respected professional in the medical field and she is a sweetheart when it comes to taking care of her patients. Unfortunately if I can give less than one star for her receptionists I would. I have always tried coming into this clinic with a positive attitude, even when scheduling an appointment. One second I’m speaking to a receptionist and the next she cuts me mid way to put me on hold and never gets back to me. This doesn’t just happen once but almost every time I call. There is no remorse for the patients calling especially for medical attention. I will be going elsewhere but I hope Dr. Daysi Baez can either update her phone system or change the receptionists who manage the phone. I couldn’t even schedule because I had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time on the phone.
