As a family doctor, she is able to prescribe more medicines than a typical pcp. On top of that, she made sure to ask very necessary and relevant questions regarding my health. I also can't recommend her nurse enough. The blood draw was only a pinch, and I didn't even feel my flu shot. In a way, I am glad Covid gave me the flexibility to go see her again.

It might seem weird to say I like going to the Dr, but my experience at Dr Gallo is nothing but awesome, even when I'm feeling my worst, her attitude alone is the beginning of my healing experience. So appreciative of her and the team aka Cynthia, and whoever takes my blood and weighs me . What's for lunch... (inside joke)

Something happened with my original PCP doctor and my files were transferred to her. The first time I met her I had a wonderful experience with her. Then for the next year and a half I had other medical issues that I was running around taking care of so I didn’t have a chance to go back and see her. The icing on the cake was when I caught Covid in January and part of my release from the hospital I needed an oxygen machine. When the company contacted her for an approval, she denied it!! What???? I thought you took an oath to help people? Because you didn’t make any money off my insurance? Switched my PCP because if I see her I would have told her off. Disgusted!!!

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a doctor. One admin secretary is super friendly and sweet and the other is rude and unhelpful. I was told this doctor wouldn’t fill a prescription for a medication my former doctor has had me on for 8 years, and when I pushed for it because I can’t function without this medication, I was told this doctor would fill it one time and she never did. I would have to write way more to list all of the terrible experiences I’ve had in the one week I have been a patient here. If you actually need help for a real medical issue do not waste your time here.

I walked in for mole removal surgery on my pinky toe and woke up to all my toes cut off. Would never recommend this place to anyone, it was just by me and I needed it done quickly but now I have no toes.
