I had a Colonoscopy exam done by Dr. Danny Chu a few years ago. Dr. Chu is a personable, patient and well-manner doctor. He took time to tell me what I should have done to prevent my acid reflex issue. But I was very disappointed with his nurse's and anesthesiologist's work ethic on the day of my exam. While I was lying on the bed, these 2 women were chatting non-stop about their personal affairs right over me. They treated me like a mummy or non-existed object. I was feeling nervous to be given the anesthesia to begin with. Their unprofessional behavior made me feeling even more nervous. To a point that I had to ask them to stop chatting and focus on what they were doing (that was to inject a needle into my vein). Because of their unprofessional and poor work ethic, I didn't go back to see Dr. Chu. What a shame! I like Dr. Chu as my GI Dr. I think that he is a good doctor. I suggest that Dr. Chu manages his staffs closely, so that they won't ruin his reputation again.
