I took my brother to this practice yesterday I had some previous lab work faxed over from his PCP. He also has a few issues with memory and I told staff that if you were questions to please let me come in. Well he came out and knew nothing more than when he came in and the doctor asked him why he was there. I have to wonder if the lab reports that were sent over ever made it into his chart because if they were the doctor would’ve known why we were there. I will not be returning to this practice. I had come here because he had done surgery on my brother in the past but I see this was a complete waste of time and money

Made an appointment at this doctor's office, and then called 20 days later, two days before my appointment and told that my insurance won't be accepted. Gross uncaring treatment.
