I was referred to Dr. Saltzman's office after a stay in rehab. I needed medicated assisted treatment along with some counseling. I primarily see Danine and she is a god send. Throughout the entire coronavirus she checks in with me weekly to make sure I am OK, and have all my meds up to date. If I ever have any issues she is so easy to reach and happy to help! I'm so glad I found this Doctor's office as finding the help I needed before them was some what of a nightmare and waste of time.

Please read my review and DON'T GO to this office as they are impostors. I had 3 virtual appointments with this office: on March, 12, 15 and 26, 2021. It was my In-Network provider with 0 deductible according to my insurance. I received 3 paper statements from my insurance that the first visit was worth enormous amount of money. These statements said that I was financially responsible for literally a large amount, although my insurance grants me no deductible. I called my insurance and they said that it's illegal and any bills that this office will send me will be investigated by my insurance company. Now, about the services. First of all I never spoke with Doctor Dana Saltzman. Instead of her I received a Zoom call from Danielle Fransis, who introduced herself as the doctor's assistant. I was advised to drink water, do sports and meditate. She told me to check up with another doctor in a few days and schedule an appointment. In a few days I received a Zoom call from Dan Rogers - it was a young guy who was clearly hangover. We spoke for 20 minutes and I realized that it's just ridiculous to spend time on that. I forgot that the third appointment was scheduled by Danielle and was at the city at the time of the appointment. We spoke for 1 MINUTE on the phone where I said that I feel much better, I am taking care of myself and I don't need their help. They sent my insurance company a huge bill with my financial responsibility as well.

To see a doctor in her office you will have to pay a monthly access fee for $99. Medicaid applicants beware.

I went this medical office! Because they were nearby. I never saw Dana Saltzman, who I had an appointment with? I saw some awful Physician assistant. I got a basic check up. I was told to come back, to do bloodwork! I went back to get the blood work done, when I tried to get my results they refused to give them to Me? The girl on the phone told me, that I need to come in to make an appointment! So I just left it at that? I never went back again. I never made any other appointments! I did call her, one more time to ask her about results? same thing said, “ you have to come in for an appointment”? She even agreed with me! I said “don’t you have an online portal? can you send it to my another doctors office, or to my Home? She said “no you have to come in!” I never made an other appointment, ! never got my blood results! I think my original visit was in February ? I didn’t like my experience! I never got to see Dana Salzman ,With whom I had made an appointment with? Then all of a sudden six months later they send me a bill, for $150? First of all my health insurance pays for appointments! so I shouldn’t have any bills? because I only went there two times! So I called up my health insurance and I asked them what to do? and they told me don’t worry about it, they will deal with it? They said they spoke to somebody called Toby? I have no idea who that is! this is a person who said, that I missed three appointments that I signed for? how can I sign for an appointment, When I never went back there!? I made no further appointments, Then they said to my health insurance, that they had called me several times, texted me several times, left voicemails, and emails about appointments? NOTHING!! I never Made any further appointments!! I checked through all my emails, there was nothing! I never got one text message, from them? No calls, or voicemails! So why would they make this up to my health insurance! that I Had signed three appointments,? Then they said, “oh we made a mistake? it was only two? “ I honestly never made another appointment, I didn’t like the experience! so I never went back again! So I’d like to know, why they sent me a bill, and why they lied to my health insurance? I find this very unorthodox, I left voicemail, to their office! and a direct voicemail to Dana Salzman, the voicemail said this is Sydney Salzman? Who’s that? I left a message, anyway, I said it’s imperative that she contact me! ASAP! I’ve never been treated like this by any medical practice in my life! I never received any paperwork, from them, that I supposedly signed, I just don’t understand why, they’re doing this? If I can’t make an appointment, I will call up and cancel! They can call my previous doctors office? to ask them? and they will tell them, she always called to cancel any appointments that she couldn’t make! Or if she was stuck in traffic, If she was going to be late. I don’t go that doctor office anymore, I have a new doctor, who is great! I forgot an appointment one time, because I was not well, with a migraine! Receptionist said that’s fine, don’t worry about it.! Never Said I owed money! What kind of medical facility, treats patients like that? they’re trying to rip me off! and blatantly lying, to my to the health insurance? I am waiting to hear back from my Health insurance, because I do not owe them a dime! It seems like other people had a a good experience. Which is why I made an appointment because of the reviews? I made an appointment to see Dana Salzman, then was told, she doesn’t take a regular appointments? So why didn’t they tell me that beforehand ? I am extremely disgusted with this doctors office , for them to send me a bill six months later, For that amount of money it’s preposterous! I would not recommend this, medical practice.🤬
