Dr. Dalai Zhou

Dr. Dalai Zhou and her team are excellent. Wait time was short and she’s so pleasant to talk to. I had a couple of friends who also went to her for immigration health check and was told Dr. Zhou is very quick with finishing their documents.

Dr. Zhou is very nice. However, her front desk people always mean and stupid. Everytime I asked even simple questions and they don't know. Sometimes give me attitude. No Hello and thanks anytime. Hang up my phone call....

My annual was very pleasant and the doctor was very nice. But when I had an issue with a bill, they were very rude about it. They told me I should have known about the medical bill and that it was my fault. They did not tell me that coming in for a followup would cost me money. They had a FIVE minute conversation with me and billed me $50.

The front desk is very veryvery rude and talking very horrible. I don't understand how they're not getting sue yet. I called to ask for appointment for my throat the front desk said " ewww, get yourself check covid first"..... bad attitude. Dr. Zhou is also not very nice unless you are new after they kept you in, they treat you bad.

I don’t know why the front desk lady is always mad and rude. Every time I called, she treats me like I am the most horrible person in the world. I have always say bye, thank you, please. However She never says thank you nor bye, just hang up before I even finish talking, always have an attitude. Every time I need any documents from the doctor, she sent the wrong stuff, which is a waste of my time and one time she just yelled at me and of course she hanged up the next second. But it’s okay, I have decided to switch to another doctor. Can’t tolerate this anymore
