Dr. Hasan was excellent. Great bedside manner and accommodating when I called in late to my appointment. Would highly recommend!

I placed a 5-star review at Zocdoc too soon! Dr. Hassan is a great doctor, but the clinic follow up is terrible. They set a televisit after 2 weeks from initial check up and I had no calls nor email from them when the appointment time came. I called the office several times and left a message to call me back but haven’t heard from them. No one seems to be in the office to do the follow up calls and assist in giving the results from the visit. This is very sad because the clinic was fairly new and it looked clean and it was a good initial visit.

Let me start by saying Dr. Hassan is the best, he listens and cares for you. Takes his time. On the other hand my problem is Dr. Saniya Ahmed. I came with a bad cough that i been dealing with it for weeks. I have body pain and my chest feels like its gonna rip apart from all the coughing. From the begging i felt like she didn't want to see me because of all my coughing, by the way i was wearing a mask. She ask the receptionist if i had covid but i said no because i did a home test the day before and so far they been accurate. Anyways she went back to the office and took her time. Came with an N95 mask and took me to the office. She said she wanted the door open. I guess she was paranoid with my presence. She was very cutting. I really felt like she wanted to get rid of me. No show of compassion like dr Hassan. I even told her i felt her attitude and no apology whatsoever. Then she said dont wait in the front because there is other patients with bad inmune sytem and she will send my prescription. When i go out the only person i saw is a mom waiting for her daughter. Plus receptionist and another Dr. Which by the way the receptionist was really nice and apologize. Im very disappointed that this practice have such Dr. Saniya that doesn't care about her patients. Its unfortunate that i had to see this Dr. I feel bad because of my pains and she made it worst by not being compassionate. I felt like crying after i left the office. Never felt this misunderstood.
