Very quick and efficient consultation. I had a skin irritation and she diagnosed it immediately and provided the required medication. Also took the time to ask me questions about my health history and made some recommendations for optional tests and vaccinations.

Today, I went here to do my regular preventive checkup. When it was my turn, the front desk told me, I will be responsible for $95 due to my insurance doesn’t cover annual exam. I told them, my insurance policy is pretty clear stated that it is 100% cover a preventive care service without me paying a single dime. After they realized, they can’t use this excuse to ask for my money, then they changed the wordings by saying oh today is weekend. Hey so weekend you have to charge more? End of the day, I just canceled this appointment and have them printed me all my health record. I am not seeing this Dr. anymore. To me what they are doing is a fraud and dishonest. They would assuming you don’t know your policy and ask for money like this and hope you can get trapped so they can earn extra revenue during the pandemic. I wish I recorded the whole conversation so that I can file a compliant to DOH.

Hire unprofessional PA to see patients. One “doctor” don’t understand English, need a nurse to translate. Another “doctor” sent my report to ask someone via his wechat app in his phone in front of me, that’s totally violated privacy right, ridicules ! Definitely need to change PCP
