Dr Shum has been our family physician since I’ve moved to Manhattan. He is incredibly reliable and knowledgeable. I also appreciate when you make an appointment the wait time is great unlike other offices that keep you there for hours. Dr Shum is personable and easy to talk and explains things in a way you can understand. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.

I liked going to Dr Shum until he ordered a bunch of lab tests to a lab not under my insurance, told me he would take care of the nearly $300 bill that came, and then never took care of it after months of followups. I ended up paying so I wouldn't go into collections. Not cool - don't trust it.
