The doctors at this office are caring and knowledgeable in the care to the patient.. However, the administration in front office has a lot to be desired. In more recent months their response to patient care is horrible..I don't understand what has happened.☹️

The worse place to go to seek medical care. They NEVER answer the phone, the ladies in the front are always rude and if you go in for you SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, you’ll be there until the close of business(literally)!!!! They need to close their doors to people and give other providers a chance to practice real medicine. They are just a waste of time and space!!!!!!

No stars! Terrible place to go. Very neglectful. Phones either stay off the hook or they don't pickup. The phone will say that the office is now closed at 10 am, 11 am, 12- 3pm, when they are in fact open. I have gone to check. You will never get your prescriptions or get a break down of your results. Neglect.

I been Mr Dr Reedy 20 years , Nice doctor but now front desk don’t know how to deal w clients so rude n unprofessional. Now I tried to book appointment w Mr. Dr reedy they say he only seeming appointments patient N ask for appointment date telling after month , if I need right away see his wife walk in , I m male patient I need to ask him . They told no appointments w him I can to different doctors.even when ask for refills due to Covid I don’t want to go office but they refuse ask me to come in office . So disappointed. I changed my doctor after 20 years

Prepare to spend hours waiting, Having you mixed up with walk-ins or just not being called at all. Sometimes having too many patients can be a bad thing. Today spend 4 hours before leaving while my cousin did a walk-in and was out in an hour. Staff does not know how to answer the phone. I will be taking my business elsewhere. i'm sure he won't notice since he as pleantly more folks who will come in and suffer waiting.
