Dr. Patel saw me this summer after I had some dental work done and was dealing with very swollen neck nodes. She referred me to an ENT on top of working out a plan together to be sure it wasn’t anything too serious. She even called me to check in on how my neck was a little while after our appointment. She has been kind and has listened to my concerns, also offering dietary suggestions and giving me a book about helping solve gut health issues. I feel like I now know what’s going on with my body and that knowledge feels priceless.

Dr Patel has been the best primary care physician I have ever had in my 45 years of life. I started working with her in January of this year and she is the first doctor who took a ground up approach to understanding why I was suffering from asthma. She has guided me in changing my diet and taking supplements to address the core issues creating inflammation, rather than just giving me a pill and masking the symptoms. Her willingness to invest to learn beyond what she already knows, in order to provide extraordinary care, and dive into the details and take time to explain things make her unique. Her guidance, time and diligence with my regimen have kept me motivated to continue to get better - and this is really what I think great medical care mans. Dr. Patel is the ideal doctor we should all have!

I Live the doctor a lot. service is good. She is sweet. BUT After your appointment they automatically create more appointments on your behalf even if you dont request them. And for the rest of your life you have to call in to cancel these appointments that are emailed and voicemail to you. its annoying! I even told them I am moving to Japan just to get it to stop and 3 weeks later I got emailed to confirm another appointment.

If you value your time DO NOT go to this place. Your appointment time is meaningless here. I had a 1pm appointment and did not get seen by the doctor til around 245pm. The waiting room was beyond full and it was evident that they book as many appointments as they can in one day. I have given this place multiple opportunities to get organized and respect my time but after three years of being a patient here I have seen no improvement (if anything, its worsened). I will be looking for another PCP and I suggest you do the same. Maybe once they see a decline in patients will they then begin to value us and improve their services.

This doctor is high off her own philosophy, I came three times to the clinic with actual problems she says it is all in my head, I need to do some new age mind techniques, you are a doctor, if I am telling you I have a prolonged problem I expect support, I had to fight to get my gallbladder removed, a chiropractor at your office had to schedule my appointment because you were so incompetent that you wouldn’t even though I was I visible pain. Now I have full body ringworm and you can’t prescribe an antifungal, I am changing my doctor I am done. If you have a real problem do not go to this office, you will leave with high blood pressure.
