One of the best medical experiences I've had in my lifetime. Everyone was friendly and helpful and showed that they wanted to help. The office was clean and set up nicely. The medical staff made me feel very comfortable (this was my first urology visit) and really quelled my nerves. Dr. Ricciardi treated me with respect and care and also threw in a few solid jokes for good measure (again, my nerves were showing) and overall put me at ease about my condition. Thank you to everyone working here. I highly recommend this office!

Receptionists are nice but the wait time is horrendous. Nothing worse then waiting for and hour and a half watching depressing reruns of how you going to gets cancer and various other deseases on a loop. My suggestion would be put on some regular TV on going to the doctor is a dark enough event as is.

Too long a wait. Reception area is grossly understaffed. Procedure would get 5 stars. Christine is very professional and through.
