Dr. Hinz and staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Hinz listens carefully and gives the right advice .. I used to suffer from not being able to smell for months. While everyone assumed that it's COVID related, he checked me and found that I was having sinus issues. This is invaluable advice that enabled me to smell my baby for the first time since she was born. He also answers his phone even if he's busy on a Sunday.

Booked an appointment through ZocDoc. You have to knock on the door for the staff to let you in and had an appointment at 12pm but it took 2 1/2 hours until placed in a room. Waited another couple minutes until I saw the doctor. The doctor was very nice and professional. Got blood work done and waited for the lab results. The problem was when I called to get a copy of my lab results emailed they charged that as an office visit through my insurance without letting me know.

Hello Everybody I will tell you the Truth. First time there you get there and there is a sign that saids must wear mask and you have to knock before entering. My appointment was 430pm and I got there before that time to get seen fast. Around 420pm. While I was waiting I saw things not safe for patients starting with the doctor he had no mask on. While I was waiting the assistant kept slamming the door to get a patient. I also saw one of the ladies in the back who did not clean up in the room appropriately only on one spot when the patient previous patient was not really clean and he did not have his mask on either. I waited more than an hour I just left decided to leave the place I got annoyed. Beside I saw patients not wearing mask appropriately. The ladies at the front desk where not as bad but they talk alot and they don't make sure patients are comfortable.
