My experiences with Dr. Reena Rupani have been excellent. She took all my concerns seriously and helped sort out the root cause my concern quickly. She was always very professional and caring in interactions.

She's patient, thinks outside the box and is a great listener. There was a medication that wasn't covered by my insurance she went as far as looking up a coupon and printing it for me, I didnt even think to do so. Overall, great communicator, quickly responds to my inquiries, worries and questions.

I feel it’s only right to counter the single review with my own very positive experience of Dr. Rupani and her team. I’ve been seeing her for over five years and have never had a bad experience. Online bookings are easy with ZocDoc, check-in is automated, and I’ve never waited for more than five-ten minutes. The doctor has a wonderfully positive manner with patients, really listens to you, and explains options and procedures. The office is bright, modern and spotless, and her staff are nice! Mount Sinai Doctors has the added benefit of a pretty great online portal (‘MyChart’) for test results and tracking visits. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rupani is excellent! I went to her for years before I moved away. I don’t normally write a review, but was surprised by one or two low ratings which isn’t accurate to the care she provides. Highly recommend.
