Long wait time. You're a $ not a patient. Very disorganized staff, very small waiting area, having no choice but to wait standing up in hallways overcrowding them (safety hazzard), patients are all scheduled for same time. Staff have favorites, they'll put their family and friends chart before everyone else. Completely unfair to those already there for hours and have been waiting. After I switched to another PCP, someone called my insurance and changed my PCP back to Calderon stating it was me. Reported this fraud. Coincidental? I don't think so...

It is sad how the low income community gets treated by medical providers in the South Bronx. All they see is a number and $. This office lacks professionalism, staffs needs more training and the doctor needs to have a heart for her patients, especially the elderly community. Calderson has to do some update in the way this office is running. No answer the phones and when you schedule an appointment to see her one ends up seeing someone else.

Dr. Calderon is the WORST doctor that my family has ever came across. She mistreats the suffering, terrible bedside manner, disgusting, sarcastic attitude. The only positive of this clinic is one of the front desk staff. Cancer screening is a serious matter but if you have a family history and are having concerns and health issues DO NOT go to this woman.

Calderon, it doesn't matter if you make an appointment or just walk in you will still wait ridiculous hours, you wait to go inside, wait to get you vitals and wait to see the Doctor, (who is not Dr.Calderon, but any avaliable Dr. BECAUSE SHE IS NEVER AVALIABLE). The reason I have this doctor is because it was given to me by my Healthcare, but I been trying to change it for a while now, THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE SO DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING. THE STAFF IS NICE, I THINK THEY SHOULD JUST LEARN HOW TO COORDINATE AND MANAGE THIS OFFICE.
