Dr Carl Mcdougall has been my doctor for over 18 years... He is a gentleman that is a very caring attentive and outstanding specialist. He listens, questions, and checks everything to throughly review your exams... I love his inquisitiveness and dedication in caring for all his patients. On each and every visit, Dr Mcdougall and his staff, welcome you with so much graciousness and loving attentive care. There is outstanding excellence that many other offices should follow this patient care. Thank you Dr Carl Mcdougall and office staff for all your years of excellence filled with loving assistance in my health issues. Sincerely with respectfulness and love, Mayra Martinez and family

I had my first visit with Dr. McDougall today. After years and years of going to several gastroenterologists I have finally found the right one. Dr. McDougall is so professional and thoroughly explained my condition to me in detail. He asked many questions to understand what I’m going through and allowed me any amount of time I needed to ask him questions. He told me exactly what I need to do to stay healthy and explained the pros and cons to me. I am extremely happy and can’t wait for my next visit. Also, his staff was very welcoming and professional.

Nicest Doc you’ll ever meet. Professional, calm, takes his time, explains the whole thing & answers any questions. Couldn’t be happier with him!

Doctor seems great but his front office is populated by incredibly unfriendly staff that may need some customer service training to tone down their self righteousness. They have no respect for your time. If they make a mistake in communicating to you, there will be no apologies. Also tried to call them before a procedure for clarification on prep, couldn’t get through & got an email that their phones were not working in the middle of a business day. Chaotic unfriendly office needs more management.
