Dr. Camele White

As a person of color it is very important to me to have a person of color treating me; there's a certain level of comfort that is indescribable. Dr. White's bedside manner is comforting, informative and reassuring. The best PCP I've encountered thus far. Her staff is also pleasant, efficient and professional. Thank God i found this care i know I'm in good HANDS!

I have never been so comfortable with a doctor and her staff in years...❤ she takes her time and thoroughly explain what's happening to you. Very welcoming staff always pleasant, the wait time isn't that bad as well.

Caring staff and clean environment. I was treated like an individual with my own separate issues and not like a number. Wait time is reasonably short in comparison to where I used to go. I could fly to London and back before I was seen, so I had to change my PCP. I'm extremely happy with my decision. Compassion does not come with every Dr. I know because I'm compassionate with my job also. Ten 🌟 for such wonderful staff. Way to go Dr White! You have a great team.

I am only giving this place two stars based off of my interactions with the doctors here. While the staff can be pleasant and tries to talk in a nice manner or tone. This place is inefficiently ran and needs new management or something. I switch to this facility as my PCP last year and upon my first appointment I did not see a physician for at least 4 hours even with an appointment. I needed a physical so I stayed. Fast forward to this year I schedule an appointment and was going to be about 15 to 20 mins late and was told I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled for two weeks later and had an appointment for around 11:30. I got to the office at 11:00 so that I wouldn't take all day. SAME exact thing happened. waiting for over 2 1/2 hours to be seen for 15 minutes. I did routine blood work and was told that my results would be on my portal if there wasn't any issues or the doctor would call me for a follow up. My appointment was on 09/30. It is now 10/14 and I still have not gotten my results on my portal so I decided to call. To my surprise (NOT REALLY) my results have been in and just haven't been reviewed by the doctor so they cannot be posted online. I am confused because I have been waiting for two weeks. I was then asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up appointment to review my results. I said no I would like for the doctor to review them and post them online so I am not waiting another 3 hours in the office when like everyone else I have a job. Why is it that my results can be reviewed in person through an appointment when the doctor hasn't even seen it yet? I am not in the business of scheduling an appointment just so you can bill my insurance to have a five minute conversation. this is very disheartening and disappointing as I really looked forward to have an African American woman as my doctor and the reason why I drove all the way from queens to Brooklyn to attend this facility. sadly I will be changing my doctor once I get my results. I do hope the way this place is ran gets better or maybe they take in less clients so that we are not sitting in the waiting for hours wasting our lives. thank you for the service

This doctor does not care about your health or give better advice . How can one visit 3 times in 2 weeks for same reason with no assistance as a doctor. If you need someone else to hear about your health with no help then see her. I have to get help from emergency room and was help in 1 hour while she stated it is normal. Very life threathning condition .
