Dr. Calvin Pan

Second visit today and I had an endoscopy, I was able to see doctor same day and get treatment ( not all offices will have you see Dr. after endoscopy) which is convinent Sick people need help. Yes you may not get the same welcome as other offices trough the frontdesk staff but its really not that serious. In health care excellance is in treatment and knowldge not tone of voice. The staff are humans and very sharp they just know what they are doing and they do it quickly. Let me ask you are you sick ? Do you need help? In my past employment I worked in the healthcare industry for 5 years and in Belleveu Hospital. Ive been sick over a month can't eat lost weight trouble breathing and I got helped. I highly!! recommend this office to you my friend and the pharmacy next door if you are truly sick and need help. Remember, Jesus gave and gives daily so we must give too and not expect anything back.The lord rewards those who do good in his name.

The doctor is good. The receptionist is terrible. She was pushing patients away． She does not fit this position. Suggest strongly she to find an anther job.

I called the office and was treated like dirt. Like the other review said the front desk is very rude. Most of the doctor offices' front desks r rude but this one is on another level. I don't know how knowledgeable the doctor is but if anyone doesn't mind to be treated like dirt, you can ask your family doctor to refer to Dr. Calvin Pan

Dr. Pan and his front desk are extremely unprofessional. Rush clients and make them pay extra. If checked reviews here, I would never saw him. Mr. Pan is very impatient and unkind. Short tempered. Lacks tremendous attention. Not answer your questions and not saying anything. He absolutely looks like he hates his job and only there for medical procedure, nothing else. His medical equipments are out of date for gastrointestinal and other check ups. Printed medical photos from check ups are blurry. He doesn’t give you any time. Extremely inpatient and unprofessional. His receptionists have the same manner. His anesthesiologist is the same and having trouble functioning. It’s better to find some other doctor.

This place is very shady. If you are not Chinese don’t come here. They give all the Chinese people first preference even if you have an appointment before them. The front desk is rude and very unprofessional. Unfortunately all the negative comments I read is true. I wittiness it myself but only after I decided to write this review and not prior to attending, I wish I had read these reviews prior. The pharmacy is in on the act too. Covid protocols are poor. Stay away!!!!
