Dr. Karibandi Has been my PCP for the last 3 years. From day one he has listened carefully and accessed my needs appropriately. The location is always clean, bright and airy. My longest wait time has probably been 10 minutes. They do a really great job at getting their patients seen ASAP! Due to me moving out of state I will no longer have Dr. Karibandi as a PCP but he has set the bar for the type of primary care doctor I want going forward! Thank you for your dedication and diligence doc!

As many others here have mentioned the outrageous billing practices, I was charged $75 because I refused to put my credit card on file for privacy reasons. My credit card number had been stolen previously and so in the spirit of cautiousness, I declined to give them full access to my card. For this reason, I was charged $75. I was informed that this would be refunded if I did not owe anything for my appointment. When I called today, I was told they would hold onto it unless I leave the practice because I refused to give them access to my credit card. I have never heard of such a thing and told them I would be leaving the practice. I have never not paid a bill nor have I ever been late in paying a bill. They then rectified their statement and told me to wait up to 3 months to sort it out with my insurance before refunding me. I had already heard from my insurance weeks ago that my patient responsibility is zero. I am at a loss for words. I've never been treated this way at any medical facility before.

I've had only great experiences with Dr. Karibandi. However, when switching over to another doctor in the practice, my credit card was charged (unauthorized) after I was told there would be no copay. I called and tried to contact them but was given half-truths as to what really happened, only to find out that the doctor coded the visit incorrectly. Instead of rectifying the issue, the front office has proved to be wildly incompetent -- will not let me speak to billing dept, office manager, or doctor directly. I am disappointed that this practice is so careless, but after reading other reviews I am not surprised as they are clearly focused on extracting as much money as possible from their patients. Some of the doctors are great, but I would avoid. Currently filing a complaint but have come to the conclusion that I will most likely not see that money. Extremely disappointed.
