Amazing doctor and staff. I took my 7 year old daughter - the doctor was very patient and delicate with how he interacted with my daughter. The wait was minimal. Thank you!

Dr. Novick is one of the best Allergist. Always see his patients on time, pleasant staff, never say no to walk-in patients, very knowledgeable, professional, sensitive and informative and Glad to meet him so I highly recommend Dr. Novick. Also stack up on lots of ice-cream for his staff:)

Dr. Novick has been a life saver. My son had a dry cough for months. I kept taking him to his pediatrician with no relief. I decided to take him to an allergist. Dr. Novick was patient and understanding. It took one appointment and he knew exactly what meds my son needed. After the first day of treatment my son was doing much better. His cough was finally gone and his allergies are under control. My son loves going to Dr. Novick.

I love Dr. Brian Novick! He’s very knowledgeable and professional. And he’s just a super sweet man. He is efficient and really cares about his patients. I would give him 5 stars- but his receptionist is super abrasive and rude. My insurance doesn’t cover specialist 100% and because of what I’m going through I’ve been on disability- my job provides help when insurance doesn’t cover I have to submit a request to them fort. This receptionist was pressing me for a payment although I explained to her my situation. I haven’t seen one disability check yet either. Honestly just really put a bad taste in my mouth. Mind you- I’ve been in customer service management for over 10 years- so I know when to recognize an employee who does not care for her job. This really can bring down the doctors reputation and I’d highly suggest retraining or finding a replacement!

Took my son for allergies issue. Apotment lasted barely 15 minutes without any test being suggested or done. Doctor was not ready to receive more informations from the patient/parent and all the time was impolitely interrupting. For the “Allergy office” place was “not” clean (stains all over the carpet) and no any equipment present for patient examination. Appointment finished with recommendation to my son to not eat before training (with no tests being done and specific food to be avoided). This is not the place where you want to go for allergy issues. Check out desk operating with no change for copayment and broken credit card machine. All together very bad experience! Won’t go there again.
