It's crowded. Very crowded. There are 3 doctors here and it's still crowded. They also follow Chinese medicine. I don't believe in Chinese medicine as there is very little science behind most of it. Thankfully my specific doctor is aware that I prefer western medicine (you know, science). Unfortunately, sometimes the doctor will mix up east and west and basically say "I'm the doctor here." The front desk is okay. I get the feeling they're tired of dealing with so many people so quickly. On the days where there aren't a lot of people it's a little better. You still have to wait. In my past few years here, I have waited more than the time I have seen my doctor or received medical care combined.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I went in to fill out forms to obtain medical clearance for work. Went in the first time to get titers, etc. floor blood tests and handed him a checklist with everything I needed. He looked it over and gave me everything but a physical exam and my immunization record which were both on the list. I returned to get the lab results and the physical exam and he accused me of not telling him about the physical exam. Also, didn’t understand what an immunization record was even though I kept explaining that it is NOT the same as my lab resulted. Nurses were also clueless at pointing me to who to talk to and extremely rude. I plan to/will switch PCP in the next couple of weeks!

Crowded and dirty clinic. Wait times are very long and front desk are rude. Avoid by all means, unless you're a fan of disenfranchisement.

Very dirty, the soap add too much water into it, not very good service.

What kind of doctor would force you to take an immunization shot a week before your surgery?
