The service was top notch. While the decor isn't modern, trust that the service from the receptionist/assistant to the doctor was fantastic and thorough. All calls were handled with kindness and courtesy and they called to confirm the day of. The doctor took her time and asked a great range of questions to get the scope of my medical history. I was also glad that she was aware/knowledgeable about PrEP (which some doctors in my area were not). By the time I got home my prescription had been filled at my local pharmacy. Thank you Dr. Japi and team!

Dr. Japi and her staff are very professional and helpful. The clinic has a warm, welcoming environment. Her physical examinations are very thorough and efficient. She answers all of my concerns and pays attention to detail. I can honestly say it’s a great feeling to know I am under great hands/care. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Japi listened and professionally replied in my problems. Best part of her clinic is convenient and friendly. A lady at front desk is very helpful. Easy to get referral in need.

Waited for more than an hour for an appointment. It’s disappointing that the their time management skills are poor with picking appointments for their patient. I appreciate that they acknowledge the time-slot choice, yet nobody should wait more than an hour to meet with a doctor that was planned for more than 2 weeks in advance.

I would give her less than 1 star if possible. She has no compassion for patients or knowledge for this profession. Lets start with how she is unwillingly to refer me or others I know to specialists even after admitting she doesn't know what to do on multiple occasions and multiple people. Many including myself kept coming back over and over for the same issue. She simply doesn't know and does't want to help. Her receptionist is so rude, turns you away when you have an EMERGENCY even though they say they accept walkins. She is complete fraud and her receptionist is the same. The clinic is nearby so I went for the convenience factor but i was wrong, nothing convenient about it, id rather go to another city if it means they will give you some acknowledgment as a human and actually help you.
