Dr. Sandler is a thoughtful, caring and personable provider. I have recently made the switch to her office as my primary care provider, and am very happy with my decision. All of your results are viewable in her easy to use portal, available to print or read at the comfort of your home. Dr. Sandler is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I recently came down with flu like symptoms and instead of prescribing something right away as most doctors would do, Dr. Sandler made sure to send samples to the lab to determine exactly what it was before starting unnecessary therapy. After confirming it was not the flu or covid, Dr. Sandler gave me a video call after her office had already closed to send an appropriate prescription to my local pharmacy. Amazing patient care!

At Dr. Sandler's office I felt what quality care is - a holistic approach, being absolutely comfortable speaking about my issues and always finding an effective feedback from the doc; prompt responses on all my requests and questions from the friendly staff who's always willing to go the extra mile for me. Can't be thankful enough for everything they have done for me so far. And the cherry on top is a convenient location in the heart of the beautiful Forest Hills, Queens!

Dr Bella Sandler was very rude her staff was very polite except for where the MA was very polite but took blood from me and leave my arm looking like this next day and from an angle that I never got blood drawn from. Dr Sandler yells at her employees infront of everyone in her own language you can tell that the front desk girl was shaken up after she left . She was so rude when she did my check up it’s like she is doubting what you are actually there for . I will not be back there and I do not recommend this doctor. She doesn’t seem to like her job very well.

I went one year and I will not be going back. The nurse who takes your blood seems rude. I asked her what my blood pressure was because she had just taken it and she said the doctor will tell you. Than when she took my blood she said she could not find my veins and she had to take blood from the back of my hand. I have never in my life had my blood taken from the back of my hand. The doctor just seemed like she wanted to prescribe me medicine. The receptionist and the doctor told me 5 times something about my insurance. I did not like the vibe and will not be going back. They have been calling me for 6 months about my next appointment. That is not happening.

I’ve been to this place few times and ALWAYS , always have to wait at least an hour or two to see the doctor ! What’s the point of making appointments?!?! Always in rush , always have that feeling that “we don’t have time for that “ ! Her nurse assistant who is doing blood test could be a little nicer too ! I don’t appreciate her attitude or unnecessary comments.. I feel bad for these older people who have to sit and wait for hours before seeing the doctor. It’s all about $$$ , more patients squeezed in more money paid by their insurance. Not cool ! Time to change the doctor because my insurance pay her to much money to be rushed all the time I go there ! Shame !
