I got very concerned when I.lost hearing in one ear and saw bloody discharge which happened after a blew my nose due to a cold. After calling the office, the Dr. offered me an appointment right away..Dr. Castellano spent time treating my condition and prescribing medication. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the next steps and his office staff was efficient and respectful. I will re omend Dr. Castellano' and his staff 100%.

Just about the nicest Doctor I've ever been to. Very helpful, very gentle.

I went to visit in March 2021 to check on my allergies and came out with $400+ bill for an endoscopy, despite not receiving one. I've been fighting it since, but unfortunately my insurance won't cover the entirety. I definitely won't be visiting him again. I was not properly made aware or explained what kind of bill I could get.

I have to agree with @nitebeat review below. I was optimistic when I came to this office. However the doctor is a complete narcissist that likes to hear himself speak and doesn't listen to the patient. He referred me for tests which were scheduled for a month later. He refused to prescribe medication to alleviate symptoms before the tests and later after the tests. I explained several times (interrupting him because he wouldn't allow my feedback) that I was having trouble functioning daily tasks. No sympathy and no relief prescribed. I had to consult a second doctor to get relief. The second doctor prescribed something and I'm fine. A complete waste of time and insurance payment, Not to mention the terrible agony I suffered for over a month! #Don'tBother

Office was clean and appeared to be professional although looks are deceiving in this case. Receptionist was nasty and rude. In waiting room all I heard was vulgar language and laughing from office staff in next room. Was told I had to be on time, if not early and I ended up waiting 40 minutes to get in exam room. Then waited for dr. Myself and 3 family members will certainly NOT be coming back to this office.
