Dr. Gordon is thorough and is very knowledgeable in her field of work… Makes you feel at ease and is gentle…. The only down side is ( the wait time ) but it should not be seen as a negative.. her patient volume is extremely high.. which means she’s in high demand

My update overtime. I have experience the change here. The staff is A1. Dr. Gordon is the best. I will not go anywhere else for my medical needs. I have been come here for about 5 years now and it's been great. The wait is not long and is more respectable then Before. I recommended this place to a few friends and they feel the same. I love it here

I’ve been going to this office for yearly check up for almost a decade now and I and very pleased with the service . Yes , there will be a wait time of at least an hour, and it’s rare that you are seen by the doctor at the time of your appointment but the wait is worth it. Dr . Gordon knows her craft very well and has kept me healthy and physically aware of any issues that I could possible face. She’s very honest , but also very sweet and caring . The staff that works at this doctors office under Dr. Gordon are usually young , vibrant women who never have attitudes and speak to patients with the upmost respects . The main administrative assistant Jeanette has been working with Dr. Gordon for years and she never comes out of her face. Even when customers are irate or upset about the wait time , she speaks to them in a calm tone. If you are a person who doesn’t mind a bit of a wait , you should try his doctors office out . You won’t regret having Dr. Gordon as your regular doctor.

What a terrible experience I had as a new patient. I must say I can confidently advise other women to stay away. From waiting OVER two hours from my initial appointment time to her terrible bedside manner, I was extremely uncomfortable. She did not care that she took so long. She judged me for my choices and recreation and continue to lecture me throughout my appointment, she questioned my intelligence multiple times, invalidated my feelings as it pertained to my health. She judged my body and kept making small and sly comments. Upon initially walking in for vitals, they take vitals in the hallway so HIPAA is definitely violated. I felt as though anyone of the other patients sitting in the hallway could hear all of my information as well as health history, this made me extremely uncomfortable. I could not wait for this appointment to be over to never step foot in that building again. At one point, my nurse even asked her if the comments she was making had to do with the care of my vagina to which she blatantly said no. she is rude, she is judgemental and very discomforting. I cannot say the same about her staff because I feel as though that was my only pleasant experience with my one nurse, unfortunately I forgot her name but she was great. OH YEAH! My urinalysis was a Ph balance dip stick.. not a real urinalysis. I’m back for an update. The woman had her office call me so she can discuss lab results with me; I was asked if I had time to speak, I said yes and then was placed on hold for over 15 mins.

Pleaee pleasw avoid, very unpleasant experience. She is so lousy and I was very uncomfortable within she was discussing my health history and saying it so loud that other patients could hear. She mocked me not having a child saying " you should be having children like other women". Her medical license should be seized. She is lucky I didn't push her in the face.
