Doctors are great but reception people need to switch they don’t know how to take care of a patient

A group of very compassionate care givers. Dr. Osmani speaks both Bengali and English. They also have PA who speak Urdu. For service just walk in!

Do you need a new doctor? Are you in dire need of an appointment in the middle of a pandemic? LOOK ELSEWHERE. I made an appointment weeks ago - was on the phone with reception for half an hour confirming my insurance and giving all necessary information. I arrived half an hour before my scheduled appointment, only to be told none of my information was in the system and that I didn't have an appointment. CLEARLY there is an issue with the staff members who schedule appointments. Their lack of attention to detail has left me without care while suffering from an ailment in the middle of a pandemic. I'm sure Dr. Osmani is likely a fine caregiver, and I truly cannot speak about his service/work. However, his staff is inconsiderate, inconsistent, and you would be better off going literally anywhere else for the care that you need.

The reception people are rude they talk in a bad manner and acts like there the doctor. And don’t help if your in need of help. They need to get fired. Some of them are okay but the rude ones need to get fired.
