Dr. Asm Chowdhury

This place is beyond unprofessional. I had to go pick up my mom’s blood pressure kit since they called and said it was ready. They had me waiting for over an hour, the receptionists kept saying that the guy is with a patient meanwhile he was walking the hallways freely. I left without the kit, they think people have nothing to do except to wait around all day. They do a very bad job and the doctor is so dismissive of my mom’s concerns. Please don’t go to this place.

This place is very unprofessional. I stated my concerns to the doctor and he did not take anything into consideration. They scheduled me an appointment 2 months after my appointment to get my results. Makes no sense . When i returned for my results i waited 2 hours !!! This place was un sanitary and no social distancing it was so disgusting that i didn’t even stay for my results . I spoke to the doctor and asked for my results so i can leave and he denied it to me. Please do not go here !

I was with them for 3 years because my mother speak the same language as the doctor does. The assistants are really welcoming and caring, can’t complain. However, sorry to say Mr. Chowdhury is the most ignorant and pretentious doctor I’ve ever seen/heard in my lifetime medical experience. He will only treat you if other patients are not waiting because he is late. His has few trademarked favourite medicine which he loves to prescribe like ibuprofen etc. I remember once he said why I took my mother there before scheduled appointment! He will not even explain you the cause/effect of your problem. I would never know my mother is having a problem if I would not request a test. And the receptionists are very rude to clients, especially the one with hijab, most likely his relative. My only wonder is why some people of other language prefer to see this terrible doctor!

This is most unethical and disgusting place to go. The receptionists are very rude and beyond disrespectful. Their professionalism is beyond the pits! I had to report them to my insurance, city and state of nys department of health as they have been discussing my healthcare amongst themselves and that’s a breech if privacy. I spoke with Dr. Chowdhury infront of them and he said nothing. I will never recommend anyone to go there.
