Went in for my annual physical today and was able to get all of my questions answered and blood work completed. The ladies at the front desk are always very welcoming and can assist with any/all referrals. I first started coming here seeing Dr. Cohen (also a great pleasure) in 2016 however when my work hours changed and evening appointments were better, I changed to Dr. Yunov in 2017. Since then he has been my PCP and I haven't had a negative experience. Dr. Yunov and Dr. Cohen both care for the health, development and safety of their patients. Remember, doctors can only refer, recommend and do so much. Ultimately, it's up to us as individuals to follow through with their guidance so we can have better health.

I went in for a routine annual physical, and they took blood, vitals, and a urine sample. When I got back from getting my urine sample, they had removed my jacket from the room to accept the next patient, and handed the jacket to me. I asked if I was going to see the doctor, and they said I was free to go. After 2 weeks, I start calling and leaving voice messages using the contact number on Zocdoc. My messages were never returned. After 4 weeks, I find a different number, and finally get ahold of someone. They tell me they discarded my samples, and don’t have any records because I didn’t see the doctor. It is clear that this office is extremely disorganized. This was my worst experience at the doctor. Don’t waste your time going here. Now I have to get blood drawn again, which I really dread.
