Arrived 15 mins early for my appt. Filled out paperwork and was told to sit. Waited 15 mins past my appointment time, Asked the woman at the desk if she had a sense of how long the wait would be because I had to go to work after. She said “oh, the doctor came in 44 mins late so it’ll be at least 45 mins after your appointment time.” I asked why she had not let me know in any way (either prior to my appointment or at sign in) and she said “that’s just not how they do it”. I could not stay that long and so I left. To the office- I’d recommend finding a way to notify your patients if there is going to be a major delay!

Should have believed the reviews. Got to the office, sat for half an hour while the doctor did paper work in front of me in silence. The front desk person didn't say anything until I asked if this sort of wait is normal. I would have been less annoyed had I not received 47 reminders and phone calls about the appointment. It's unfortunate that customer service in the medical industry is so bad on average. This doctor is unfortunately just another example of that. Fortunately, there are dozens of other gastro docs in a quarter mile radius!

All I can say is I talked to Arlene Garcia on the phone about using Gluthahione. A friend had recommended her as being holistic as well as regular. She never said a word, I was told I would have to pay for the gluthahione myself, that she took medicare, but not for this. I got a 475.00 dollar bill from someone I never saw, who told me that she really didn't know enough to deal with Parkinson's desease. A scam, a scam. I'll report her to Medicare.
