Don't go here period. Let's start by saying that if your appointment is at a certain hour, don't expect to come out in 30mnts or 1 hour or even 1hr and half. You will be there for atleast 3 hours waiting to be seen. Even though Dr. Medina is nice and he talks to you all sweet, You know he's unprofessional when instead of explaining your results he only says "you know" or "its the age" or "i feel so bad" and followed by more "you knows" when clearly a patient does not know!!! But since he sees only elderly and hispanic patients, they have the tendency to never ask questions and they just let it be. My mother saw this doctor for some years... and it was always and you know.. and its the age problem.. when it turned out to be more serious and not until she was seen by a different doctor that we discovered she had breast cancer. So please avoid going to this office and find a team that has more medical knowledge.

My mother was hospitalized for 10 days, neither the doctor or the covering doctor went to the hospital. Then when she was discharged i called his office he never returned my call. I called again the following day and was left on hold eventually i had to hand up because i was at work. He finally decided to return my call and when i asked him for update on her previous complaints ehat he said blew my mind, when asked about a condition he said "i think she has arthritis" i said you think, what about an actual diagnosis, he had no comment. Then i asked another question, he said "it looked like an abnormality " i was so upset at this point. So i asked what was his follow up, any refereals, etc... he said "no". I was so amazed that he had no answers for me its crazy he still has a practice and has a license. He better hope my mothers test from hospital come back ok because he is going to have a major issue on his hands!!!!
