this is not a review of the doctor as a professional! called to book an appointment, very rude start of the conversation from the receptionist. the words hello, good morning, please and other basic key works are unknown to this person. she literally yelled at me for not understanding what she was asking for. after asking her to tone it down, she replied: im too busy!! I understand, but her job is also to be polite and cordial.. remember customer Service?? after not apologizing, she proceded to tell me shell call back. I honestly gonna take my insurance money somewhere else.

Terrible experience. My father came here three times. All three times he had to wait 3 hours plus. They scheduled 5 9:00am appointment and the ONLY MD, Dr. Anyony Chen, shows up at 11:00am. Terrible attitude and bedside manner. Please don’t come to this office.

Always very late for all his patients. He doesn’t listen well and is very rude to us. Bad attitude. He also was very rough physically with my mother’s exam and she was complaining about pain he caused after her visit. Would definitely not recommend! Put your money to a professional who cares about his patients

This doctor is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He hang up on me multiple times even I was still on the phone. He did not send in the prescription for a week even after the culture came back positive for bacteria. I had to find out the result and called him for prescription. He has no ethic.
