Dr. Palagiano is quite possibly the most caring doctor I have ever met. He is personable, professional and empathetic. He treats his patients with the utmost respect; even offering his personal number to reach out to whenever in need. The staff also works hard to have patients seen in a timely manner. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Palagiano.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Palagiano for over 10 years, and he is very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and empathetic. Dr. Palagiano gives his personal cell phone number to all his patients so that if I need any help or advise , I can reach him at anytime. He always calls back when called .

In my 30 something years of my life I never experienced so much unprofessionalism. Dr. Palagiano seems to pay more attention to his patients in downtown Brooklyn but doesn't have a problem in making his patients wait over 2 hours to be seen in Williamsburg. The worse part about this is that his staff doesn't have the audacity to inform his patients that their appointment will be pushed back. What a disappointment!!!
