Patients at this place are treated very bad, also not treated with respect, nurses are very mean, staff are very confused and waiting time is very long. The whole place is a mess. We will neither go back there nor recommend it to anyone.

I NEVER see a place have SO MANY RUDE EMPLOYEES IN MY LIFE TIME. Esp the nurse and front desktop on basement floor. I am also a healthcare worker, can’t imagine the WHOLE DAY NOBODY CALL YOU BY NAME ,they DONT EVEN LOOK AT YOU when talking. Don’t even know how they make sure who is the right patient.

These people just care about the money. I came there in pain thinking that they were going to take care of my wound and I ended up leaving in pain. They have no compassion for people in my experience. I regret going there and I won't be returning ever again.

I didn't get the chance to go there as a patient, but just the service over phone was terrible. Receptionist named W.... was rude and always rushing me. I work at a medical office thus I know how patients, whether new or established, should be treated. BAD SERVICE !!
