Love to go to Dr Anna Chen’s office for an annual check up. Her office don’t overbook. Dr. Chen is always on time whenever I make an appointment, only a few minutes of waiting. Easy Parking in her area which is a bonus! Especially during the Pandemic, she was patient with any questions my husband and I had. Even when we caught the virtues at one point, she was not afraid of it, nor keep distant from us. Occasionally Dr. Chen could be a little moody, but most of the time she is a friendly and knowledgeable family doctor. I wish the front desk staff could be a little more friendlier. However, the staff do call you for the results of testing; they are fast to email you any referrals or reports when requested. unlike some places, I have to chase after them. LOL . If you hate waiting at doctor’s office, Dr Chen is greatly recommended!

Dr. Chan is an excellent personal care physician who we have relied on for over 3 years. She has treated our sons and us through tonsillitis, sports injuries, various infections and post-op care and we couldn't be more delighted with the depth of her knowledge, her professionalism and her kind manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any friend.

What I do not like about Dr. Anna Chan's office is very poor customer service. If you are prescribing medication to someone, you work with them. If you need to come in for a physical before the Dr. will refill your prescription, fine, schedule an appt. , but do your patient a solid by calling in 5 days or 10 days worth of the medication until the patient is able to get to your office. Especially if they are away, out of state. Really what's the big deal to cover your patient. You don't care for your patients or their health, at all. Sad. Also I didn't like that everytime there were blood test results, the office wanted you to come in a second time, for a second visit. You can tell me over the phone your concerns and call in a rx if necessary. I don't need to come in again. Never had to do that before. DR. Chan was professional and seemed to be sufficient enough. No long waits, and appts. right away. But I had to pull the plug and find another primary doctor when they wouldn't call in a week's worth of Levothyroxine and told me to go to urgicare.

Literally, the absolute worst pcp office ever. This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had. The front desk is so unprofessional and rude. The female receptionist should not be allowed to work there with that sort of customer service. Disgusting attitude. Never am I coming back here. The doctor herself just seemed like she did not want to be there and was somewhat annoyed. Overall, do not go here. There are so many doctor offices in flushing that have so much better patient care and want to help you.

Dr Chan won't listen to my health concerns for more than 3 minutes, she is always in a rush to get rid of me even though there are no other patients waiting. Quick to prescribe unnecessary medications just so that she can bill my insurance for treatment. Her bed side manner is rude and distant, doesn't physically examine areas of concerns, only says "maybe its this..., maybe its that...", before prescribing some pill and dismissing me. Extremely disappointed, stay away from this money minded "doctor".
