Dr. Angelina Lauchangco

She is not only my doctor ,but I consider her as a part of my family.During Covid time she was there for me and my family,she called me and sent me medication and covid Mask to my house. Thanks again doc for your service and shout out to your team their customer service is amazing especially Vina.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lauchangco for years now. She literally saved my life. Several years ago, I saw my former cardiologist, who told me everything was fine, then I went to Dr. L for my yearly check-up. As we were wrapping up the appointment, I mentioned that occasionally my left arms would go numb/tingle.... she sent me to have my heart x-rayed. And guess what? I was a walking time bomb... something that my former cardiologist failed to see. If not because of Dr. I would not be here. Dr. L have saved me multiple times... a Doctor who is true to her profession, sincere and forbearing. She never fails to impress me with her professionalism, knowledge and the courteousness when dealing with her patients. Her staff are extraordinary too, Vina, Robert, etc. very cordial and professional.

Dr. Lauchangco is amazing! She has exceptional bedside manners, is thorough, gets back to you in a timely manner and really cares about her patients. I feel so lucky to finally have found a good MD after horrible previous experiences.

I can’t recommend this office. I made an appointment over the phone for a yearly pap smear and well woman exam. 35 minutes after my appointment time I was brought back by the doctor only to be told she does not provide pap smears, and she would not give me the annual refill on my birth control that I needed. It is difficult for me to understand how a person can conceive of themselves as a Primary Care Physician while not providing the most basic care for women. All in all, a waste of an hour and a half.

This is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Lauchancgo literally screamed at me and accused me of lying over the phone when I tried to explain a miscommunication, and her staff is just as rude and accusatory. I’m pretty thick-skinned, but I do expect a little human decency when dealing with patients.
