I bring my parents here because my parents do not speak English and they have to see a doctor that can speak Chinese. To be fair, Dr. Hu didn't give off the best first impression at first because of how loudly he talks (I think it's because most of his patients are elderly and are not very good at hearing anymore) but over the course of a few visits and follow-ups, my parents and I found that he was a good and caring doctor. First of all, he can be reached 24/7 just by calling the office number - this proved especially helpful when my mom started feeling very dizzy one day in the middle of the night. The wait time tends to differ and the wait is usually longer during mornings, but it is never too bad. Dr. Hu spent a lot of time talking and explaining things to my parents which was nice. One thing though, Dr. Hu is not a doctor that will prescribe a medication just because you asked specifically for it. I went in once asking for antibiotics and he was strongly against it. He explained that I did not need it and gave me other medication instead, which worked perfectly fine. He went on to say that he can't prescribe something to me because of what I read or hear and that he will use his professional judgement to give what is best for me. Although I was quite annoyed at the time that he wouldn't just give me the antibiotics, I ended up agreeing with him after feeling better and thinking about it.

Doctor is thorough, wait time is average, nurse are nice. Downside is they don't really speak English as almost all of their customers are Chinese. Good doctor if you're able to speak Chinese, manageable if you speak English but might be a bit frustrating.

This doctor is horrible!!! My wife recently went there to discuss lower back pain issues and asked the doctor to order an MRI, which he refused to provide. Instead, he took an argumentative position and wanted to order an x-ray of my wife's lower back. She explained that she was potentially pregnant and did not want to risk the exposure to radiation. He then said to her "I'm not the doctor for you, and you should find another one!" He then threw his pen on the table giving a sign of being annoyed. It was terrible that I walked out of his office without any treatment or care on his part. He also had his wife in the examination room with me who didn't even identify herself. I didn't know her credentials or position in this office and she was offering medical advice to me. First of all, I think privacy with a doctor should be respected and it's my wife's right as a patient. Also, if you're in an office with the doctor and a patient, identify yourself and your purpose for being in the examination room. Too many quality doctors out there. Stay away from this one and get better treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Hu is an excellent doctor . However, due to insurance claims and copayment, I have to visit the office many time so they can ask for more copayment and file for more insurance claims. Visit to ask for every single referral, visit 3 and more times only to obtain an annual medical form. Feeling extremely frustrated and furious that I wanna so much to file a medical fraud for my insurance company.
