Dr. Perez is the best. Always leave their knowing I am getting the best care. She also has a wonderful team that works with her. The front desk staff are wonderful they do a great job. The ladies that do your vitals are super great, they are always so professional and their customer service is outstanding. If you want the best care, professional service and excellent customer service, Health Development & Restoration is the place to go.

I Love Dr. Perez!! Even though the waiting room is always full, Dr. Perez takes time with me as if I were the only patient of the day. I never feel rushed. Dr. Perez works with me as a partner in connection to my health. And her staff is truly a reflection of her-pleasant, efficient and friendly.

It is a horrible primary care physician office, the front desk is rude Patricia a secretary speaks badly to the patients, and if it is by phone she hangs up the call also, they do not honor appointment time. I arrived early at 10:00 AM. They did not call me after several hours of waiting for 2:15 PM. Patients should not expect that long for medical services with appointment Horrible service! very unprofessional
