Everyone who works in this office are very professional, and extremely nice. The doctor herself is a beautiful human being with a wonderful bedside manner. The only problem I have is the wait time in the office. I guess because of the fact everyone loves the doctor, there extremely busy. Maybe they need to schedule the appointment time better. Yesterday I was in that office 4 hours . That is too long to wait for an exam that takes a few min. I'll keep going because I love this doc. I just wish they schedule better.

I do appreciate the service the doctor gave to my mother. She was very helpful and caring with her. I know she is very smart and a huge reason we went here is because of my moms review of her. However, I do need to address the staff that work in the front. My mothers appointment was for 1:00 pm was waiting in my car for 2 hours and tried calling several times no one picked up for 2 hours. The anesthesiologist was an hour and 20 minutes late to the procedure. When I went upstairs to speak with someone, everyone kept saying “I only work in the back” or “I’m not a doctor and wouldn’t know the situation”. The manager basically tried laughing to try to ease the tension when I addressed my concerns. I believe the doctor did an amazing job for my mom which is why she comes here, but as for your staff, they are unprofessional and under trained.

This was my first visit and it took quite a long time, 2 hours waiting time. Doctor Andrea did not see me, though I had made an appointment with Dr Andrew herself. Another doctor saw me. She was nice and good. Front desk staffs seemed super busy. I was surprised when they told me charging bank transaction fee for using my credit card. I tried to pay in cash, but they didn’t have change. After having a few conversations, they did not charge the fee for my credit card. Overall nice service.

I went to this office 6 times. The office is always overwhelmed. They place too many appointments per hour and they can't handle them properly, so the wait is from 1 hour and a half to 2 hours and a half. No one provides concrete information. In my case, I went for a check-up and after several visits because the wait is eternal, what could be resolved in two visits had to be done in 6 visits. When the last visit happened, I finally met Dr. Olanescu, but her diagnosis and professional advice was based on an erroneous fact in the report. She believed that I had gone because of pain due to nodules, when in fact I was only repeating an ultrasound of the ovaries. At that moment, I realized that the gynecological check-up process in that office, and that it had lasted months for the 6 visits, had been a huge waste of time.

I had an appointment for a procedure at 3:45pm today. The room was packed with other women waiting to be seen. The first thing they asked me was to pay my copay which I did. Then I waited about 2 hours with very few and vague updates on the time I was going to be seen. I finally decided to leave. This is not a professional way of receiving patients. It seems that they overbook appointments to make the most profit of their patients. I do not recommend this care center which is staffed with incompetent people.
