I went to see Dr. Hershfeld for the first time today. No appointment, just walk-in. There was a bit of a wait, but I felt it was well-worth it. The nurse (Marilyn) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hershfeld could not have been nicer. He was thorough, kind, and patient. I highly recommend him.

Dr Hershfield has been incredibly rude every time i’ve been there. he speaks over you and does not listen. i couldn’t get out a sentence without being interrupted. he scolded me like a child because i was wearing a mask during my appointment, even after i told him i was there due to respiratory issues. if you want a doctor that makes you feel comfortable go somewhere else. me and my family will never go there again. it’s disappointing because the rest of the staff including the PA were lovely.

Don't understand, we have to get tested for covid before seeing Dr. Hershfeld. If I get test for covid somewhere else, why do I need to come see you.? Your loosing alot of patients. We can go to the we care centers. They'll take us in no matter what.

Dr. Hershfeld refused to wear a mask when seeing me. I politely asked him to wear a mask and he got combative and said “Why should I?” My stunned look must have prompted him to continue: “I already had it. I had COVID. I have antibodies.” I said “You can get it again, though” and he scoffed and said “I’m fine.” I said “But you don’t know that” and he ignored me. This was my first time seeing Dr. Hershfeld and it will be my last. Any medical professional who ignores a pandemic and refuses basic safety measures for their patients deserve to have their practices called out and exposed. Even if you think you’re “fine” you are panicking your patients and setting a bad example. Shame on you, “doctor.”

Stay away from this office !!!! I never got to meet the doctor but if he hires such unprofessional people to work his front desk then truthfully I don't want to meet him ... I never leave any type of reviews but after today's experience I just have to WARN you. After I filled out the paper work and hand it to the heavy set front desk lady she at first politely yet very loudly asked about my phone number saying it out loud so that all these people that sat there could hear it apologizing though commenting she must be having a bad day ... Then she started to do the same thing with my address... I walked up to the window and asked her if she'd like me to write everything down again ? She wouldn't stop yelling out my personal information and completely ignored my question ... I was completely freaked out by her behavior ...I became worried she'll start yelling out my social security number as well. Therefor I told her that I no longer want to see this doctor and that she had herself to thank for it. They lost a new patient. .. This lady went insane on me ... She yelled at me that in America they don't fill out the paper work with the sloppy handwriting...I think she was referring to my accent I still have it although I spend most of my life here in the USA. And the 30 years I live here I must say I never came across such unprofessional front desk staff in a medical office ... I asked her to give me back the paperwork I filled out. Obviously I didn't want to leave my information behind . She then said she'd shred it and so she did right in front of me at the same time the other girl kept yelling "GET OUT !" To me. And the heavy set lady commented that I must have some kind of problem and that's why I reacted that way ! Yes I do have a problem with you disclosing my personal information to strangers lady... It's against the law. EDUCATE YOURSELF . Wow some experience I tell you. Absolutely no skills as far as customer service and medical front desk. I worked for medical office myself and I'm pretty sure we'd get crucified if we ever talked to a patient that way.STAY AWAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
