Some of the front desk girls are incompetent do not know how to manage and lie! Major attitudes and the doctors some of them have gotten degrees in their country and are practicing here. I was told my sugar levels were great and blah blah blah I had to follow up literally 10 times in person and over the phone. And from another doctor told that why did my doctor lie to me lol! Pathetic place and they never answer their phones. Super unreliable doctors office you get better service at a CITI MD or urgent care!

They're rude everyone even the Doctor

After all New Yorkers have gotten through first visit to this Doctor was terrible And I think against all the advise from gov Cuomo to try to get back to normal. Husband appointment was at 11:00 am, it is now 12:00pm still waiting. Other patients started to arrive and they are all now sitio g i this tiny office waiting to be seen... Staff is not helpful at all, and their actitud is the worst. Changing doctors after this visit ... If I could give zero stars I would, Otis just not an option.

Horrible experience. I was trying to get in contact with my primary doctor but it took me almost a month for someone to answer the phone. Not only that they wanna give me an appointment to see the doctor 2 weeks after.

Terrible the front desk lady is just terrible they don’t know what to do have no patience a nasty attitude the doctor himself he prognosis is inaccurate my whole family went to other doctors for second opinions and were properly treated unlike this man don’t waste your insurance here and if you’re Spanish like most people in the area please have second thoughts about going here and allowing your family to continue to go here.
