The Dr. is excellent,the PCS senvice, in the recepciones is very poor, You call, they rarelly or never answer the phone they do not knows how to solved or answer questions. I have been seen the Dr since 2010,but getting ready to moved somwere else ware your been valuable not a problem to the staff. Againg the Dr is very good the costomer services,it is very poor.

I’ve been calling the office several times but nobody is answering the phone. Sometimes the voice recorder is on and leave a message but nobody returns the call. I’m out of medication for 2 weeks already and can’t get no prescription refills I admit the doctor is good but the staff are worst of the worst. In October of 2020, they moved but they didn’t notify me although I have an appointment. I went for my appointment and the clinic is closed.

If I had a choice to put no stars I will. This is the worst office ever... Don’t get me wrong the doctor is great but if you guys don’t want to lose patients get better workers for front desk they have no manners. They are so rude and just hang up the phone on you seriously. Specially this girl called Melani have no respect don’t know how to act or do her job.

The receptionists are useless and you can’t schedule an appointment for two months only through video call. This is unexceptionable and the reception sits just laugh like hyenas.
