He is my Doctor.

The receptionist at this office is extremely rude and disrespectful. Upon calling this office, Receptionist did not have time to answer any of my questions and hung up on me. I could not believe this was a doctors office with the treatment I received from the Front Desk attendant. Having someone so rude be in charge of the front office is hurting the establishment and unfortunately makes people not want to receive care from this physician. The doctor needs to change his Front desk attendant as he may not be aware of the treatment people are receiving when they call his office.

I am saddened by the lack of respect from this office. They never open on time, they don't return calls and the staff always complain about their pay and miss management of this office. Every time i go to this office my labs are missing or they can't fine my files.This lack of respect and professionalism can only happen in a black neighbourhood. I am going to change my PCP and fine me a place where my services are appreciated.
