while everyone who works here is very nice, the whole experience wasn’t very professional. i can’t believe i was there for two hours for a basic annual check up!! the equipment is old and everything is so so slow. i have a huge bruise on my arm from the blood test. i’m still trying to track down my results. someone from the office called me with my covid results: i never took a covid test while there. this makes me skeptical of accuracy of results if i ever receive them. i won’t be going back here

This place doesn't even deserve a one star review. My partner, who went in for a simple gynecologist check up, left in total frustration about her experience with this practice. After expressing multiple times that she did not need an annual check up, they took her blood work and then proceeded to send it to a lab that isn't even covered by her insurance. She waited over two months for her results, which they never went over with her, and then she found out that the lab charged her thousands of dollars for blood work she never asked for. My partner followed up numerous times about her results and whoever the receptionist is never gave her clear responses, was terrible about following up, didn't follow up to schedule an appointment, and had no idea how to access the portal. Additionally, she didn't take any responsibility for not cross checking my partner's insurance before sending her bloodwork to the lab. Unacceptable! This place is unprofessional, not qualified to do their work, and they made me so furious that I am writing a review on behalf of my partner. TAKE. RESPONSIBILITY. FOR. YOUR. ACTIONS.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE !!! I have NEVER left a review before but this place is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting over a month to get some test results and I have called multiple times about it and all I ever got as a response (IF they even answer the phone) is “okay i will let the doctor know and we will call you back” and never heard anything back. Today i was called and told that i missed an appointment, that no one ever told me about and the woman starts to ARGUE with me saying last time i went in she gave me a card with my appointment on it when she wasn’t even there the last time i went and no one gave me anything. Everything takes forever and one one ever communicates anything to you.

Well I'm going to start of as Professional as possible. Today October 9th 2021 I had an appointment for 1pm and I arrived on time (smh If only I knew). I'm usually very patient but it's but so much I can take!!!! 1. Everytime I arrive at their locations they always ask me for my insurance cards and mak copies, but why you need to make copies of the same copies???!?!!?!?! Make it make sense please! But anywho remember my appointment was for 1pm why minutes to 4pm they want to call me not to say we are ready for you but we are setting up a room for you now.....WHATTTTTTT???? Excuse me! Oooooh no I'm not sitting in here another moment. CANCEL THIS APPOINTMENT BECAUSE IM NOT COMING BACK!!!!!

Doctor Smith's office is currently holding my records and treatment hostage. Why? I wish I knew. I don't owe any money, in fact I paid in advance for a vaccine I never got. I've left messages for 2 weeks and have heard nothing back. Trying to register for classes, but without records, I'm out of luck. Skip Dr. Smith's office if you want a professional medical experience.
