Very knowledgeable doctor. I have been seen by his PA first and then the doctor himself. He answered all my questions and gave me his advice to my skin condition. Beautiful and brand new office. Not too many of those in NYC.

Amazing office, large, clean, comfortable. Staff is nice. Wait is what you expect from a doctors office, if you show up early get the paperwork done you will be seen in a timely matter. PA’s are amazing, so is doc but he’s a one man show, if PA’s are uncertain about something they’ll call him but otherwise they’re amazing at what they do and very trustworthy. Wait can be attributed to people showing up late or exactly on time to their appointments, there’s two PA’s and one Doctor, so you can say they’re a little understaffed. If you want a trustworthy dermatologist visit and want the correct diagnosis and help this place is great. Good things come to people that wait and the hundreds of patients that go are willing to wait cause they know it’s worth it. If your looking for a in-and-out appointment and get rushed out not the place for you.

Came in 25 minutes early for a 2:45pm appointment. Receptionist was courteous. She gave me paperwork to fill out and once I complete said paperwork, I was told to have a seat and I would be called shortly. At 3:30pm after not having been called yet, I approached the front and asked if I could reschedule my appointment. The receptionist said “they’re almost done cleaning the room, you’re next, just have a seat”. I returned to my seat and waited. At 3:42pm I was called. Another young lady walked my into a room. The room was clean and spacious and one of at least eight which I passed on my way in. I took a seat, answered a few questions regarding the purpose of my visit. She told me the dr. Would be in to see me shortly and she shut the door behind her as she left the room. Have you seen the Dr.? Yeah neither have I. At 4pm I opened the door and looked around. No one around except a young lady who was walking by. I asked her if anyone was coming to see me. She said nothing and continued walking. I returned back to the receptionist area and said I was leaving and that I would call them to reschedule. The receptionist then asked me if anyone had taken me to a room. As if sitting in the various areas of their office was my purpose for going in. I will not be returning…..

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance to be told at the office that I need to leave a Credit Card on file in order to see the doctor. Front desk also mentioned that the office does not send out pre authorizations so I would have to see the doctor every time without know exactly what my copay would be. Seems like a shadey office that wants to charge patients without their knowledge. Front desk points to billing department and billing department points to front desk. Don’t waste your time.

I have been their patient for 2 times. First visit was okay but they took me in 1 hour later than my appointment. I wanted to give them another chance and went there 1 year later the wait time was 30 minutes and they forgot to give my medicine to my pharmacy and I called them 10 times. They said they send the notification when I was on the phone so after that I went to cvs again they said they don’t see anything on the system. I called them 3 times and they couldn’t help me so I was at cvs like an hour. I had my appointment today at 3.15 and it’s 4pm now and they said they will take me in after 2 patients!!!!wait what? I have to wait like more than an hour that I already have my appointment already? What are the appointments for? My skin didn’t improve at all. I still have break outs and stuff so all they do give the same face cream over and over again… don’t recommend it at all. Our skin is very important and please leave your skin in good and healing hands…
