Very unprofessional!! Absolutely horrible service from the RECEPTIONIST ! When you call she puts you on hold for very long times, then always tries to tell you call back after 12! She also has this VERY RUDE thing where she just hangs up on you in the middle of you talking or asking a question ! I have never in my life called a Doctors office and had such a rude nasty receptionist! She should not be at the front or phone helping patients you can tell she does not want to do her job . Believe her name is Kashmi & Hashmi when I asked for her name she said it quickly and once again HUNG UP! I Don’t recommend this place at ALL !!

Very unpleasant and exhausting experience, waiting time is more than 2 hours, when you ask why it’s so long they just tell you to go see other doctor. And then you wait and wait and wait more....Customer service wishes more to be desired. Doctor is fine, I’m not competent enough to doubt his words or diagnosis, but that’s he who allows front desk ladies to schedule lots of people at the same time. I understand that insurance is not paying enough, but still he spends a certain amount of time with patients, scheduling should not be an issue and though it is. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience never going back. Dr is ok but the staff is extremely unprofessional especially the front desk they sending other people to see the doctor regardless of you being first in the list. Rude, unprofessional, extremely unpleasant environment I would strongly suggest you find another office for your procedures and for your check ups save yourself aggravation time and money
