I was a patient of Dr Shagumova for at least 15 years. She is caring, kind and always available. Always calls after receiving blood test results. Always available over the phone and willing to listen. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shagumova for over 40 years. She is a thorough and knowledgable doctor who truly cares about her patients. She always stayed on top of my care throughout the different stages in my life. She always called me and explained my bloodwork in a very timely fashion. Her assistant Marina is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. From my personal experience, I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Shagumova is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever been to. She spent a great deal of time discussing my symptoms with me and she really put me at ease. She even called me personally the next day to go over my bloodwork. I very impressed with her.

Dr. Shagumova is very unprofessional and a liar!!!! I came an hour before my appointment to make sure that the staff have enough time to process me and for the doctor to see me at my actual appointment time. An hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time I was still waiting to see the doctor. When I could no longer wait due to risking being late to pick up my child from school, I went to speak with the manager. As I was telling the manager that it is already over an hour past my scheduled appointment time and how I can not wait indefinitely until the doctor sees me, Dr. Shagumova ran into the office. She asked how much time do I have left before I have to go. I told her 20 mins at maximum, to which she stomped her foot and told me that it's not enough time for her to examine me. Mind you, all patients are supposed to get 15 minute appointments. So she refused to see me, left the manager's office and went about her day. The manager helped me schedule an appointment for the same day with a different doctor at a different location. Then I saw the the post visit summary from Dr. Shagumova: It stated that I came an hour before my appointment and demanded to be seen without waiting due to having to pick up my child from school. That Is a huge lie!! It is absolutely not what happened!!! The office manager is a witness to all that transpired, and I have recorded my phone call to her when I called to ask her why the doctor's notes were untrue. She told me that she doesn't know why Dr. Shagumova wrote that and speak with her personally. I'm upset that this office treated me so poorly and then covered it up by making me look bad with this summary, when all I wanted was to give them plenty of time and to be seen at my actual appointment time. I have a screenshot of what Dr. Shagumova wrote, and a recorded phone call between myself and the office manager confirming that the post visit summary is untrue, as my proof.

Although I am not and will never be a patient at this office I am writing because my mother WAS a patient. She will not be returning to see this doctor. This front desk staff is so unprofessional. They way they call and speak to patients is just beyond disgusting!! And the doctor isn’t pleasant herself. Don’t recommend this doctor or office.
